Tips from the pro
How much water is necessary for my lawn to grow properly?
Lawns need about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of water per week, including rainfall. With a sprinkler, it usually takes 2 hours in the same area to obtain 2.5 cm of water. Abundant watering allows the roots to grow deep into the soil, making your lawn more resistant to drought and winter freezing. It is preferable to water less often, but for longer periods of time!
